Red Onion Remedy for Blood Sugar Support

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the onion
    Peel the red onion and chop it into small pieces.
  2. Soak the onion
    Place the chopped onion in a bowl and add 1 cup of water.
  3. Let it sit
    Leave the mixture for 30–60 minutes to allow the nutrients to infuse into the water.
  4. Strain (optional)
    You can strain the liquid or consume the onions along with the water.
  5. Enhance flavor (optional)
    Add apple cider vinegar or a pinch of salt if desired.
  6. Consume
    Eat or drink once daily, preferably before meals.
