Ingredients
- 1–2 fresh cucumbers
- 2–3 cloves of garlic
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 3–4 cups of water
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers, mint leaves, and garlic thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- Lightly crush the garlic cloves to release flavor.
- Add the cucumber slices, garlic, and mint leaves into a large bowl or pitcher.
- Pour water over the ingredients.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours (or overnight for stronger flavor).
- Drink chilled throughout the day.
