Cucumber Detox Water

Ingredients

  • 1–2 fresh cucumbers
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 3–4 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers, mint leaves, and garlic thoroughly.
  2. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  3. Lightly crush the garlic cloves to release flavor.
  4. Add the cucumber slices, garlic, and mint leaves into a large bowl or pitcher.
  5. Pour water over the ingredients.
  6. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours (or overnight for stronger flavor).
  7. Drink chilled throughout the day.

Note

  • This drink helps with hydration and digestion, but it does not directly cause rapid weight loss.
  • Best results come with a balanced diet and regular exercise.
