Ingredients:
600 g green beans60 g of butter400 g tomato1 onion2 cloves of garlicsage leaves20 cl of brothPepperSalt
Instructions:Cook the green beans in salted boiling water for 10 min.
They should still be crunchy.Peel, seed and crush the tomatoes.
Brown the garlic and sage leaves in the butter then add the drained beans.
Let heat then add the tomatoes with their juice.
Season with salt and pepper. Gradually add the broth.
Cook for 31 min.
