Snowy Night Soup Recipe

4 large potatoes, diced
2 leeks, sliced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Add the sliced leeks and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes, vegetable broth, and water. Stir to combine.
