Slow Cooker Beef Patties with Peppers

Slow Cooker Beef Patties with Peppers
Ingredients:
4 raw beef patties
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes (with juice)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tsp paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Place the raw beef patties at the bottom of your slow cooker.
Scatter the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic over the patties.
Pour the diced tomatoes (with their juice) on top.
Season with salt, pepper, and any extra spices you like.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Result:
Tender, juicy patties infused with a rich, peppery tomato sauce—perfect served with rice, potatoes, or crusty bread.
If you want, I can suggest variations (spicy, cheesy, low-carb, etc.) to keep it from getting repetitive.
