Sizzling Deconstructed Egg Roll Stir-Fry with Savory Sesame Beef ❤️☺️

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the coleslaw mix and stir well to combine with the beef mixture. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring to evenly coat the ingredients.
Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes if using, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
