Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked small pasta (macaroni or shell pasta)
- 1 cup cooked shrimp (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup crab meat or imitation crab (chopped)
- 1 cup cucumber (sliced or diced)
- ½ cup celery (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped, optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley (chopped)
Dressing
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or paprika
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Cook according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool completely. - Prepare the seafood and veggies
Chop shrimp, crab meat, cucumber, celery, and onion. - Make the dressing
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. - Combine everything
In a large bowl, add pasta, seafood, vegetables, and herbs. Pour dressing over and mix gently. - Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let flavors blend. - Serve
Garnish with fresh dill and a little black pepper.
🍽️ Tips
- Add avocado or grapes for extra flavor.
- For a lighter version, replace half the mayo with Greek yogurt.
- Best served cold.
