Red Onion Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1–2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Peel the red onion and wash it thoroughly.
  2. Cut the onion into small pieces or slices.
  3. Place the chopped onion into a blender or a bowl.
  4. Add water.
  5. Blend well (or crush and mix thoroughly if no blender is available).
  6. Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
  7. Pour into a glass and drink fresh.

Note

  • The claim that this drink “instantly lowers blood sugar” is not scientifically proven.
  • It may be part of a healthy diet, but it should not replace medical treatment.
