Ingredients
- 1 medium red onion
- 1–2 cups of water
Instructions
- Peel the red onion and wash it thoroughly.
- Cut the onion into small pieces or slices.
- Place the chopped onion into a blender or a bowl.
- Add water.
- Blend well (or crush and mix thoroughly if no blender is available).
- Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
- Pour into a glass and drink fresh.
