Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups uncooked shell pasta
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen peas
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add the ground beef to the pot, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-
