  • 1½ cups (150g) almond flour
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup powdered erythritol or allulose

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the base: Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and salt until a dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. Make the coconut layer: In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetener, coconut cream, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Mix until it sticks together. Spread evenly over the cooled base and press down firmly.
