Once melted, remove the dish carefully.Make the batter:In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and milk. Stir until smooth the batter will be thin, like pancake batter.Pour the batter:Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter in the pan. Do not stir.Add the peaches:Spoon the peaches (with their syrup) evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir the magic happens as it bakes!Optional: Sprinkle a little ground cinnamon over the top for extra flavor.Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.Serve warm delicious on its own or topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
