Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional for sweet crepes)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  1. Mix Ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk together flour and eggs.
  2. Add Milk
    Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
  3. Add Butter & Flavor
    Mix in melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  4. Rest the Batter
    Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes (helps make smooth crepes).
  5. Cook the Crepes
    • Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
    • Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan.
    • Tilt the pan to spread it thin.
  6. Flip
    Cook 1–2 minutes, flip, then cook the other side until lightly golden.
  7. Serve
    Fill with your favorite toppings.
