Creamy Blueberry Yogurt Overnight Oats

This is a no-cook breakfast that’s creamy, slightly tangy, and naturally sweet. The oats soften overnight, the yogurt adds richness, and the blueberries (especially with a little syrup or compote) bring a fresh, juicy burst. 🧾 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (any kind)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Optional: splash of vanilla extract
  • Optional topping: blueberry jam or compote
