The oats soften overnight, the yogurt adds richness, and the blueberries (especially with a little syrup or compote) bring a fresh, juicy burst. Ingredients (1 serving)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Optional: splash of vanilla extract
- Optional topping: blueberry jam or compote
Instructions
- Mix base: In a container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, and sweetener. Stir well.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Top it off: In the morning, add blueberries and a drizzle of syrup or compote.
- Serve: Eat cold or let it sit a few minutes at room temp if you prefer.
