Baked Ham, Cheese & Egg Cups (Muffin Tin Recipe)

Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep

🧾 Ingredients (6 cups)

  • 6 slices ham (or bacon / turkey ham)
  • 6 eggs
  • Β½ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Emmental, or parmesan)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: chopped parsley or dill, paprika, chili flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C / 350Β°F
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin
  3. Line each cup with 1 slice of ham, pressing it into the shape
  4. Add 1–2 tablespoons grated cheese into each cup
  5. Carefully crack one egg into each
  6. Season with salt & pepper
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes
    • 15 min β†’ soft yolk
    • 18 min β†’ firmer yolk
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm 🌿
