Ingredients:
- 200 ml of pure honey
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- 1 handful of cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 slices of fresh ginger
preparation :
- Put the onion, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon stick into a glass jar.
- Pour the honey over the ingredients until everything is fully covered.
- Close the jar and leave it in a dark place for 24 to 48 hours.
- After that, you can strain the mixture or keep it as is.
How to use:
Take 1 tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach for 7 days.
You can also take another tablespoon before bed.
