A Natural Recipe Worms Hate

I’m 60 years old and this recipe gave me back my energy and cleansed my stomach!

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of pure honey
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 1 handful of cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger

preparation :

  1. Put the onion, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon stick into a glass jar.
  2. Pour the honey over the ingredients until everything is fully covered.
  3. Close the jar and leave it in a dark place for 24 to 48 hours.
  4. After that, you can strain the mixture or keep it as is.

How to use:

Take 1 tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach for 7 days.

You can also take another tablespoon before bed.
