Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup chopped Purple Cabbage
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 small piece Ginger (about 1–2 cm)
- 5–6 leaves Mint
- 1–2 cups cold water or coconut water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients well.
- Chop the purple cabbage into small pieces.
- Add blueberries, cabbage, lime juice, ginger, and mint to a blender.
- Pour in the water or coconut water.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Strain if you want a smoother juice, or drink it as a smoothie.
- Serve cold and enjoy.

- Drink 1 glass in the morning or between meals.
- Sip slowly for about 10–15 minutes.
