🌿 Guava Leaf Tea

Gentle Natural Support for Digestion, Blood Sugar & Immunity
✨ Ingredients:
5–7 fresh guava leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried leaves)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
A few drops of lemon juice (optional)
🫖 Instructions:
Wash the guava leaves thoroughly.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the guava leaves to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–12 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup.
Add honey and lemon juice if desired.
Enjoy warm.
🌱 Tips:
Drink 1–2 cups daily, preferably after meals.
Use young, tender leaves for a milder taste.
Store leftover tea in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
