Walking Taco lasagna -Don’t LOSE this
you’ll need:
1½ pounds ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1½ cups salsa or enchilada sauce
2½ cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend recommended)
8–10 flour tortillas or cooked lasagna noodles
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, cilantro, jalapeños
Cooking Method:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until it’s fully cooked. Stir in the garlic and cook it briefly until fragrant. Drain any excess grease.
