- 8 large eggs
- 16 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt (to taste)

Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwiches: Directions
- Cook the bacon in a pan on medium heat until it becomes crispy. Put cooked bacon on paper towels to soak up extra grease.
- Melt a little butter in the skillet and fry the eggs. Cook until the egg whites are set and yolks are how you like them. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Lightly toast the bread slices in a pan or toaster.
- Place 2 pieces of cheddar cheese on each slice of toast. On four toasts, add one fried egg each. On the other four toasts, pile on the crispy bacon.
- Close each sandwich by matching an egg slice with a bacon slice.
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet, then cook sandwiches 1–2 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Cut and serve the sandwiches warm.
